I work with women of all ages and stages of life who want to feel strong, confident and capable in their bodies. This includes beginners, experienced lifters, pre and post natal clients and women experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

All sessions are in person either at my home garden gym or at your house. Cost of the PT package will depend on the session location.

Absolutely. Many of my clients are new to weights. We focused on proper technique, building confidence and progressing safely at a pace that suits you.

Each session includes a short warm up, strength exercises with technique coaching and a short mobility/stretching section to finish. Everything is personalised to your goals, experience and how your body feels on the day

Yes. Exercises are modified to work safely around injuries, pelvic floor considerations, joint issues or movement restrictions with referrals to health professionals if needed. I will work with any advice/exercises given to you by a health professional.

Yes, when appropriately programmed and coached. Sessions are tailored to your trimester, energy levels and medical guidance, with an emphasis on posture, core, pelvic floor support and overall strength.

Definitely! Strength training is one of the most effective way to support bone density, muscle mass, joint health, metabolism and overall wellbeing during unpredictable hormonal changes. Programmes are adapted to energy levels, recovery and any symptoms you may be experiencing.
