Meet your pt

In 2009 I changed my office based career and started working at Nuffield Health in St. Albans as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2010. In February 2025 I launched my own PT business. As a working Mum in my 40’s, I understand the juggles life brings!

My passion is helping women lift weights, become stronger and feel more confident - pre/post natal, perimenopause, menopause and beyond!
