I help women build strength, confidence and resilience through every stage of their lives - from pre and post natal to peri menopause and menopause.

My coaching focuses on safe, effective strength training that supports a woman’s ever changing body and lifestyle.

My approach is friendly, supportive and technique focused. I believe good movement quality is the foundation of long term results, injury prevention and confidence in lifting weights and in every day life.

I place a strong emphasis on helping women fit training into their already busy lives. Together, we build a routine that is sustainable, flexible and supportive of your family, work and recovery - not another source of stress!

As a specialist in women’s strength training and pre and post pregnancy coaching, I combine evidence based methods with a calm, encouraging coaching style. My goal is for every client to feel safe, understood, and empowered in their training - no intimidation, no pressure, just clear guidance and steady progress.
